This Seattle couple chose Scottsdale as their wedding destination and wanted all of the desert vibes. From the colors to the landscape, they were all in to embrace the location. What better venue than the Four Seasons Scottsdale to showcase their style. Most importantly, Reed & Adam were focused on making all of their guests feel welcomed and cared for during their stay. They had welcome boxes at both hotels for out-of-town guests and multiple activities leading up to the wedding with transportation provided. After meeting each other through mutual friends, the sweet couple wanted all of their friends to be mutual by the end of their wedding weekend.

The weekend began with a rehearsal dinner on Thursday night at Isabella’s Kitchen with their families and a bridal party. Friday included a round of golf and a poolside cabana at the Four Seasons Scottsdale during the day, rehearsal in the afternoon, and a Welcome Party with a Southwestern menu in the evening. We love this trend of Rehearsal Dinner earlier in the week and Welcome Party the night before. It takes the pressure off of talking to every single guest at the wedding reception. After a fun night, the Bride and Groom turned in for some beauty sleep before the big day.

The morning flew by and before we knew it, Reed was walking down the rose-petal-lined aisle with her father, serenaded by The Encore Quartet. Adam saw his stunning bride for the first time and joyfully met her at the altar. They stood in front of a gorgeously full asymmetrical arch of crème, white, and taupe Quicksand roses, light peach, and light blush garden roses nestled in soft green foliage created by Kelly Martin Floral Design. The stunning piece remained in place for dinner on Fountain Terrace while the vendor team worked together to transform the space from one function to the next. Guests were escorted to cocktail hour on Troon Lawn where they enjoyed delicious passed hors d’oeuvres from the talented chef at Four Seasons Scottsdale

When guests returned to Fountain Terrace to find their seats for dinner, they were greeted with personalized menus atop gold-rimmed chargers from Bright Event Rentals and peach napkins from BBJ La Tavola. Centerpieces by Kelly Martin Floral Design mimicked the soft pinks, creams, and peaches in the ceremony arch to create a cohesive look throughout. An ivory draped 32’ grand head table was the center of attention bringing both Reed and Adam’s most important people together. Following the romantic dinner, the party continued inside the Ironwood Ballroom with Desert House Productions. The wedding weekend concluded with a farewell brunch the next morning reminiscing on the amazing wedding weekend.

Reed & Adam, you are a couple we will never forget. Your kindness is contagious and we appreciate the opportunity to be a part of your special day!

Thank you Mary Claire Photography and Love Story Films for capturing their day so perfectly!
